Our Social Media Audit package offers the opportunity to collaborate with the Clanin Marketing team to evaluate your business’ Facebook and Instagram pages. Their team may also audit up to 1 recently promoted paid ad. The Clanin Marketing team will need to be added to your Facebook page at the analyst level and provided log in information for your Instagram account to be able to perform the audit to its fullest potential. This access will be removed following completion of the project. To be eligible for an audit, your account must be active for at least 30 days at the time of the project.
At the end of the project, the business will receive a 3-4 page summary of recommendations based on the findings. The end result of the project will not be a full marketing campaign, however, high-level tailored recommendations for your accounts.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Social Media Audit process will take place over a 3-week period. You will receive a worksheet from Clanin Marketing on Monday of week 1 and be required to return the completed document by that Thursday. Over the next two weeks, the audit will be performed, and you will receive a summary of the findings on Wednesday of week 3. A one-hour client meeting to discuss the summary and answer any questions will be held on that Friday.

- You must be registered as a client of the Illinois SBDC at Champaign County EDC to receive these services. If you aren’t already a client, please register here. All information provided is confidential.
