In this workshop, we will discuss the fundamentals of business planning. Developing your business plan should be a process, not just a task, evolving with your business.

Topics covered will include:

• Understand Your Business Plan Needs
• Break Down the Components of a Business Plan
• Select the Right Tools for Business Plan Development

The workshop will be approximately 45 minutes of presentation time followed by Q&A.
