Today she owns HR Full Circle\, where she helps organizations hire\, inspire\, and engage their people to perform at their best. \nKelly serves as the HR Expert-in-Residence for the University of Illinois Research Park / EnterpriseWorks\, on the board at Habitat for Humanity of Sangamon County\, and the Central Illinois Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management\, and is a monthly columnist for the Springfield Business Journal.
